Can we go to xiamen on 19-12-2010 & on 24-12-2010 fly to South korean for six days holiday, come back to xiamen on 29-12-2010. We will back to singapore on 01-01-2011. any problem ?

You can go to Xiamen(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/fujian/xiamen/) on December 19, 2010 and stay till December 24, 2010, fly to South Korea on December 24, 2010 for 6 days holiday, then come back to Xiamen on December 29, 2010, go to Singapore on Jan 1, 2011. You don't need a China visa because Singapore passport holders are exempt from a visa to Singapore for up to 15 days.
