hi! i have an L visa, i tried to work but the company sent me to harbin city. too far from beijing. i wanted to get my passport to process my working visa in the philipines but the company refused to give it to me. they told me that i will be fined 8000rmb because they are not if i will be coming back. but i never signed any contract yet and i wish to process my working visa in the phiippines because it is not safe for me to travel back and forth from beijing to habin to beijing. what should i do? any help please.
