Ms.tiffany fung, I'm completely puzzled by your statement, what's Study Permit? do your study in Mainland China or Hong Kong? As I know, if you study in Mainland China, you will get a X visa, then apply for Residence Permit within 30 days after entry, so I don't hear Study Permit.
