HI I overstayed my visa twice once last year for 1 day by accident I was late and just received warning at the Lohu Shenzhen border and let out. Second time year later same I got bad food poison and completely forgot and overstayed 2 days. This time they asked me now to go PSB and deal with case first. I was not registered with police either. They told me that I will be fined 1000 for overstay and 400 for not registering and will have to sign punishment document. DOes it mean I am going to be black listed already and not be able to enter China again?

If you pay for the fine and sign the punishment document, then the overstay record will be cleared, you won't be blacklisted for a few days overstay, please don't worry.
