Hi,
May i know the weather condition in Taipei for coming february? i will be going to Taipei on 2th Feb 2011. Should i expect for frequent rains & cold weather? E.g. lower than 10 degree at least?

Feb is one of the coldest months with the lowest temperature to about 10℃ (50℉) in Taipei. It is not too cold, sweater with thick jacket are OK. No frequent rains during that time.
