About:China Embassy in Thailand

Can I DHL my passport to Bangkok from Phuket to obtain a Chinese tourist visa?

The application by post/mailing is not accepted by China embassy in Bangkok, if you can't come to the embassy in person, you can entrust someone else to submit visa application to the embassy on your behalf.
