Thanks Ms. Crystalring.

Pretty name. Is Min a dialect of Mandarin? If I want to translate something written in that area, would I select someone with expertise in Mandarin? I know very, very little about China generally.

Thank you, sir. Min is a kind of dialect of Chinese, but not Mandarin. If you want to translate somethings written in Min dialect, you may need someone expert both in Mandarin and Min dialect.
