As I know, China embassy in Nigeria doesn't issue individual tourist visa to Nigerians, you should first contact a China Travel Agency(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/) and settled down all the details of the tour. And then the agency may arrange a visa notice form for a travel group (more than 5 people) and a group-visa for you.
