I plan to bring my mother to Taiwan during end Dec or middle of March, she is very scare o cold, she even need to wear gloves & stockings at the places where we only wear the light jacket. I have 2 questions here:
1) should i buy her autumn clothes or winter clothes?
2) it's cooler in late december or middle or march in taiwan?
