About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My husband is a singaporean, we planning to go hongkong on 30/01/2011,stay in hongkong for one day,31/01/2011 will go shenzhen. He will back to hongkong on 14/02/2011. means He stay in china for 15 days. He need to apply visa or not??

Singapore passport holders do not need visa to China for 15 days. so, it is ok.
