Tea was not invented. It is said that tea was used as a kind of medicine before Spring and Autumn periods in history. People chew tea leaves and the the juice can make clean breath, also commonly relieve it is an antidote against poison. Later, people boil tea in pottery pot and drink with leaves. Gradually, tea became what we know today.1

tea leaves were invented but the drink was invented in 2737 bc by shennog who was the emporor in china at the time so yah
