You mean China visa? if yes, you can go to the Chinese embassy at PLOT NO.26, SECTOR NO.W-22, ABU DHABI. For the cherry blossoms, you can visit in late Feb. or March next year. There is Cherry Blossom Festival between February 28 and March 31 in Kunming Zoo, as well many other places in South China.
