Do you mean the Country Garden Holiday Resort? If so, I'm afraid that you have to make a transfer at Zhuhai and Guangzhou cities. After arrive at Macau Airport, you should take a taxi or bus to Gongbei Border and go through it to enter into Zhuhai City. Just at the bus station here, you could take a coach to arrive at Guangzhou Provicial Bus Station in 2.5 hours.

From the bus station of Guangzhou, you could take a taxi or Guangzhou Metro(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/guangzhou/subway/) to Shipaiqiao station of Line 3. Then, walk follow the directions to Hongfa Mansion (宏发大厦), where you could take a bus to the resort directly. The bus is in operation from 07:30 t0 22:15 on Mon.~Thu. (07:30~23:00 on Fri.-Sun.)
Ps: if you are not familiar with Guangzhou City, it is suggested that you take a taxi from the bus station to the resort directly.
