Good reasonable Dimsum and Seafood Restaurant in Hongkong City and Kowloon?

There are so many choices in Kowloon. The traditiona cantonese dim sum and seafood supplied at Hong Xin is recommended. It has a location at 83~97, Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Tsui Wah Restaurant is also a must in Hong Kong. It has set many branches so that you could find one easily.
