Dear Sir/Madam,I wish to call a friend of mine who's living in China through cell phone. The destination number is a cell phone number as well. Thus, I would like to ask whether or not my friend will be charged as well and how much will she be charged per minute? I'm not using any IDD phone cards or any other similar cards. Please let me know as soon as possible as it is urgent. Thank you very much.
