About:Hong Kong Trains - High Speed Rail

I have to catch the train no. T100 from hong kong to Shanghai.Please tell me whether I should catch this train from hung hom station or kowloon station ??
Please guide me because this part very confusing.

The train to Hong Kong will leave from Hung Hom Train Station, Kowloon. The Kowloon station only serves the Hong Kong Airport Express train and Tung Chung Line of Hong Kong metro(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm).
