i need to know that which is the nearest customs airport for this privince, i think that its PVG, kindly confirm

Yes, if you will come to Jiangsu from India, the Shanghai Pudong Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/pudong-airport.htm) should be the most convenient one.
