About:Dining in Hong Kong

We are going to be in Hong Kong for New Years 2010 we want a restaurant with a veiw if possible and good peking duck? we are staying in Tshi Sha Shui

The Spring Deer in Tsim Sha Tsui (42, Moday Road) does have the best Peking duck, but located far from the harbor.
