About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am here in Seoul on an A3 visa, but I am not military and was not given an alien registration card. Can I still apply for a visa to visit? I want to do a 4 day/3 night tour of Beijing.

As I know, the China embassy in Seoul asks non-Korean applicants to provide ARC, but the China consulate in Busan doesn't ask for the ARC, you can find a travel agency designated by China consulate in Busan to apply for China visa on your behalf. In addition, you can refer to Beijing Tour Packages(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm) to plan your trip in Beijing.
