You have to apply for a Hong Kong Visit Visa in advance because your planned visit in Hong Kong is more than 14 days. Filipinos are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days only.

Philippine nationals who desire to stay in HK for more than 14 days, shall present an invitation letter in which the sponsor agrees to provide financial support and accommodation, and one copy of the sponsor's HK ID.

You can also read Hong Kong Tour(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/hongkong/) to arrange your visit in Hong Kong.
