About:Putian Travel

Hi, I am visiting Xiamen & Putian at the end of December. My wife is a Xinghua and we are eager to have a taste of the authentic Xinghua mian xian (rice noodles) in Putian. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Xinghua Mian Xian is a popular food here, which could be found anywhere in downtown area.
