Hi there! I'd be going to taipei next week.. would it be rather warm in the day time? Also, weather forecasts have been saying that at night it's only like 17-19 Celsius, but would it actually feel colder/warmer? Because of possible wind chill factor.. (I'm hoping colder! (:)
