About:Taiwan Weather

Hi there! I'd be going to taipei next week.. would it be rather warm in the day time? Also, weather forecasts have been saying that at night it's only like 17-19 Celsius, but would it actually feel colder/warmer? Because of possible wind chill factor.. (I'm hoping colder! (:)

It is not cold at all at this temperature, although cooler than Singapore at the same. Currently, a light shirt+jacket will be fine here.
