About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Dear Elliott, I am stateless and reside in Malaysia for the last 49years. My travel document is the Certificate Of Identity issued by Malaysia Immigration. I used to travel abroad using my CI to apply for countries visit for visa except Singapore do not need visa. I did visited China few years ago, apply for China Visa single trip. Please advice.

Mr.Khoo Chee Meng, Malaysia nationals are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 90 days, therefore, I don't think you need a visa to Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/) if you hold the Certificate of Identity issued by Malaysia Immigration.
