About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

VISA to visit some ports of China as passenger on cruise ship, 6 months multiple entry.
I have downloaded the visa application form, I note that one photograph is required and guess that you will also require my passport but please advise me what other document(s) my Nairobi representative may need to produce to your visa office?
