You can fly from Indai to Beijing first, then take bullet train from Beijing to Weifang, Shandong. After arrive in Weifang, you could take bus to Changyi. This may be the best option.0

you can fly to Qingdao and take direct bus to changyi. if from Beijing then you need to take a fast train and arrive at Weifang train station, besides it have bus station you can direct bus to changyi.0
