Take Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong Line(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/metro-kwun-tong-line.htm) at Kowloon Tong to Yau Ma Tei then change to Tsuen Wan Line(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/metro-tsuenwan-line.htm)  to Central. Go back as the the same route.
