About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

Hi, I am hoping to compete in a race in China in May. I live on the Pacific Island of Guam (USA citizen and passport holder), but Japan is much closer and more convenient than travel to the US.. Can I go to one of the Chinese Consulate offices in Japan to get a tourist visa for my wife and I? Thank You.

You'd better apply for China visa in USA, your application is possibly denied by China consulate in Japan because you don't live or work in Japan.
