About:China Weather

I'm thinking of teaching English in China but I'm very sensitive to the heat; what part(s) of China are the coolest places to live? How hot do those cooler places get in the summer?

In my pression, Harbin is a choice for its high latitude, Yunnan and Tibet area for its high altitude.
