You can take subway line 3 from the airport south and transfer to subway line 2 at Jiahewanggang. Get off at Guangzhou South Railway Station to take bullet train. It is a little difficult to get a taxi from the airport to south train station and the fare would be expensive. Taxi is not advisable option.
