About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,

My dad would like to apply for a visa for February travel. He is not sure if he has to get NBI clearance since he has already gone to China but that was way back in the 90s. Since he won't be a first time traveler would he still need to get the NBI clearance?

Thank you.

If your dad can provide the previously used China visa sticker on his old or new passport, he doesn't need to provide NBI Clearance, otherwise, NBI clearance is also required.
