The train K9608/K9605 is running daily from Lijang to Kunming. And one lower soft sleeper costs around CNY207 on this train. Besides, both trains and buses are available daily from Kunming to Dali. It takes around 5hrs by bus while more than 6hrs by train. About the train schedules, you can search on the website by yourself.
