hi..i want to go back to philippines but im afraid i lost my passport and im overstay in china for one year ,,what can i do? i dont want to they place me in the prison,and i want to know if i have posibility to comeback to china again..and i want to know the policy in china pls thank you

its sad to hear that you overstayed in china. i know you will be fined 5000rmb and be allowed to return to manila. but i am sure that you will be banned and wont be allowed to go back to china.
