About:Harbin Ice Festival

I like to plan a trip to Harbin to see the Ics sculpture. Can you send me the new 2011 Ice and Snow Festival time schedule? Also which is the best hotel in Harbin?

Personaly, I think Romantic Hotel is a good option for it is just close to Zhaolin Park, one of the venue for the ice and snow festival.
