Question

I am travelling to Vietnam and wish to visit Beijing.  Can I get a visa in Hong Kong for Beijing as Hong Kong is the city I am going to travel through.

China visa is valid for 3 months since the issue date, so, if you will not visit Vietnam and HK for that long time, you'd better apply for it in South Africa, because, you may not able to get it from HK easily.
