I will be in HK from 08 Dec till 10 Dec 2010, my question is I will be staying at Tak Hing Street, my return flight to KLIA Malaysia is at 0900 hours, please tell me how to take an earliest bus to airport to be on time.

You can take bus E23 from  Cox's Road, Jordan Road to Passenger Terminal Building, Cheong Tat Road at the airport. The first E23 departs at 05:30. It takes about one hour. You'd better catch the bus around 6am.
