I am Dr. Annabelle Bonifacio,Filipino citizen. My family intend to spend our vacation in Beijing China this Dec 26, 2010. One of the requirement is NBI(National Bureau of Investigation)clearance. I would like to clarify if my kids ages 13, 14 and 18 need to secure one. They are all students of prestigious school here in the Philippines.
