Question

Dear SirI have been traveling China several time under L & F visas.Last time I visited in Sep'09 under double entry F visa issued in New Delhi.I wanted to visit China again this year for business purposed and had obtained Invitation letter from Chinese company. I applied for visa here, but was refused for no apparent reason given to me.I am residing in New Delhi for the last 20 years, and my birth place in Srinagar Kashmir.Will you please let me know as to what reason I was refused visa and How should I get it now?With regards
