About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Dear Sir
I have been traveling China several time under L & F visas.
Last time I visited in Sep'09 under double entry "F" visa issued in New Delhi.
I wanted to visit China again this year for business purposed and had
obtained Invitation letter from Chinese company. I applied for visa here, but was refused for no apparent reason given to me.
I am residing in New Delhi for the last 20 years, and my birth place in Srinagar Kashmir.
Will you please let me know as to what reason I was refused visa and How should I get it now?
With regards
