Could you tell us ,the hotel near Nanjing rd (bu xing jie) except sofitel?thank you

Mrs Lanty, there are many hotels near Nanjing Road. I don't know the room rate you expect, I guess around 50USD for a 3 star hotel is resonable? Then you can check about Manhattan Bund Business Hotel, Metrople etc.
