Japanese passport? Then you do not need a visa to get into Shenzhen for 15 days.
From Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take MTR to Kowloon Tong and transfer to East Rail Line to Lo Wu. Pass through Luohu Border and arrive in Luohu Shenzhen.
You can stay Shenzhen Kaili Hotel which is near to Railway Station/Luohu Port. Of course you can consider about another nice hotel in Shenzhen.
The rest of the first day, you can walk to Dongmen Area and have a general view of Luohu District. If you have enough time, you can go to visit Happy Valley. The next day, you can go to visit the Window of the World, then the Spendid China. After that, go to China Folk Culture Villages. Well, Shenzhen Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/shenzhen.htm) on this website including more useful information of travelling in Shenzhen, you can look at it. Two days are enough to visit Shenzhen, I think.
