About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello, I am an English teacher in S. Korea and plan to visit Beijing China at the end of this month. I am a US citizen. Where can I submit the application and how much will it cost? I am very confused about the prices. Agency says 4-5 day visa is $140.00 US but Chinese Visa App. says 3-6 months. I am looking to visit for about 7-10 days would and like to get visa for possible return in the spring. Can I get my visa in Seoul? Need to apply asap.
Thanks for your help.

Ms.Starkey, you need to check first for the Consular Jurisdiction of Chinese embassy and consulates from information above. If you live in Seoul now, you are required to submit your visa application through a travel agency from Seoul that designated by the Chinese embassy (the list you will get from their official website, in Korean version). Visa fee is USD140, you have to pay extra service fee to the agency. With required documents well prepared, visa processing from the embassy is 4 working days. For your trip to China, you can read Beijing Tour(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm) as a reference.
