About:Tibet Travel Permit

Hello,

I'm an indonesia, will travel around china in January 2011
will start from haikou, plan to go to lhasa through kunming/yunnan

can we go to lhasa through kunming? where is the nearest spot?
where can we apply the tibet permit? and how if we apply through travelchinaguide?
what is the tour package and fees?
pls advise

You may go to Lhasa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/tibet/lhasa/) from Kunming(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/kunming.htm), but you have to take a train or a flight.
You may apply for Tibet Travel Permit(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/faq/tibet-travel-permit/) through a China Travel Service(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/), but most of them would ask you to take part in their tour first.
The tour packages and fees differ from different itineraries, you may choose a proper one from Tibet Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/tibet/).
