I want to visit China(April or May 2011) for business purpose mainly to import eletronics items like- laptop, note book, hand set(mobile), etc.

You can apply for a Business visa (F) to China, an original visa notice form is required. You can contact a company first, they will handle it for you. Or you can apply for a tourist visa instead. But in this case, you may need papers for exit with your purchased goods.
