About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello,

Can give me an idea about this matter.
I have an ivitation from a company in Guangzhou, China and wants me to visit for a month. They gave me:
-Invitation letter from the Company (scanned copy)
-Bank Certificate of the Company (scanned copy)
-Company registration
My question is, do I still need to present a VISA NOTIFICATION FORM (from my inviter) even if I will only apply a L-Visa (tourist visa) which doesn't require one.
And one more thing. I have an extension visa for 10 days last September 2010. Will it affect my application?
Thank you very much.

Hi, Ms.clarita, if you have all required documents for an L visa, that is ok. Overstay last time in China may affect your application, but with little possibility.

Thank you for the reply Mrs. Enid. But do we stll need to submit a VISA NOTIFICATION FORM?
I applied for my extension visa for 10 days. I overstayed legally.
Some say that if will affect but with only a little possibility.
Thank you.

...be noticed that it'll depend on visa officers, actually. So, better if you can provide the notification letter for your application this time.

your purpose of going there is business i presume since you were given an invitation from a Company as well as registration & bank certification. If you state in the application that L tourism is what you are applying and present the documents/invitation that the company provided you then you can be denied. i suggest getting a notification form. regarding your extension, 10 days was only given to you because your previous duration was 7-10days? correct me if im wrong. the travel agencies here say that having extension visas is a no no. but it would depend on the consul really
