About:Guanqian Street

I have a friend from mainland China (Beijing) that wants to visit me as a tourist here in HK for about 5 days what type of travel documents/visa do they need, and how long does it take?

Your friend needs to go to local Exit & Enter Department to apply for Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau [commonly known as "two-way exit permit"] and get the visa annotation on the permit. It takes about 1 month.
