My Friend is an India passport holder,he went china by F visa (M) ,and he work visa was under progress, meantime he overstayed just 7 days by mistake (forgot) due to overloaded work in company. finally he himself found the mistake, Exit bureau request him "to leave china within 10days" and they put star mark on his passport. so he has to returned to india, and applied visa in india but china embassy refused since he didnot do any delibrate mistake. so i need your suggestion, will he get visa or not to go china ?? Pls advise
