There shuttle bus will depart in terms of the flights' arrival time, so you could take one as soon as arrive in Hangzhou. The singboards both of in Hangzhou Airport and Hangzhou Railway Station do have English version, just take easy!

Mr Chung, it will be easier for u to catch a texi, (Walk to the right after the departure exit door, about 50m, catch a texi by the meter, cheaper). will cost u CNY 95--100 to the railway station. Buy a ticket to Shanghai Station (At North, cost CNY 98, and nearer to Shanghai Nanjing East Road or the bund). Or u may take train to stop at HongQiao station (cost u CNY 82, at east part of Shanghai, might cost u RMB 65 by taxi to reach the Nanjing East road or the bund). Hangzhou bullet train to Shanghai Hongqiao takes only 45min sharp.
