About:Dual Nationality

Based on what I read in one of our tabloids, a certain Ms. Cristina Decena, whose previous marriage has been annulled, and Mr. Ariel Villasanta, who is legally separated, both filipino citizens, got married in Hongkong recently. How can they get married in Hongkong while Mr. Villasanta is still considered married under Phil.law?

If Mr. Villasanta is still considered married under Phil.law, he can't married in Hong Kong again, only if he divorces first.
