About:China Train

What’s the main railway station in Shanghai? South or Hongqiao?
What’s the nearest to the PUDONG International AIRPORT?
I intend to go to NINGBO From Shanghai by train, and I suppose to arrive to PUDONG INT,L AIRPORT from SRILANKA. Are there any hotels near by Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station?
Pls. Help me.

There are three passenger train stations in Shanghai, and the major one is the train station in Zhabei District. And the bullet trains and G trains are mainly departing at Hongqiao Train station. From Shanghai to Ningbo, almost all trains are leaving at Hongqiao railway station. From Pudong airport to the train station, you can take the airport bus line 1 to Hongqiao Airport (Terminal 2) first and then take a taxi. About the hotels close to the station, you can choose some inns like Super 8, Hanting Express, 7 Days Inn and etc. Besides, the Land Hotel, Shanghai in Hongqiao Area is close to the train station.
