i was over time in china last year and ask someone to help me that time.i pay over then 120000 rmb and for nothing,because that people cheat me and now im over time already 1 year and half.i cant get the visa to back china.someone can help me and tell me what i need to do or how i can do to get chinese visa.thanks.

You have to surrender yourself to the plice station, then you will be fined or put into prision for 10 days - 30 days. There is no other method to solve your problem because you overstay for 1 year.
