About:China Customs Declaration

I will be flying into Shanghai this Sunday. I work for a large multi-national corporation and have a large team in the area. I plan to bring some Chocolates (which I understand should not be an issue) and 72 of these small LED flashlights which are branded with our corporate logo. The value is roughly $0.50 each for a total of $36 US or maybe 250 RMB. These are gifts for my co-workers. My question is, do I need to declare these?

I think you have to make a declaration.
